答:搜尋不到該主機資訊。建議檢視收件地址填寫是否正確、查詢該主機是否仍正常運作中。

請以其他方式與對方聯繫,反映是否對方設定了信箱黑名單或是主機管理者進行了過濾所導致。

答:收件者信箱容量已滿,無法再接收信件。請聯繫使用者告知此一情形。

答:您的信件所填寫的收件人信箱username@hello.com找不到,對方hello.com 主機回應並沒有username 這個使用者,所以將信件退還原寄件者。

請您檢查收件者E-mail 輸入是否正確無誤;並以其他方式與對方聯繫,確認對方仍有使用該信箱。

答:這是表示對方郵件主機要寄信過來,但是該郵件主機的IP已被列入國際黑名單機構,需請您向對方主機商反應,並向該國際單位申請解除,即可正常使用。

答:這是告知智邦的主機跟對方主機連線時間過久無法連接,有可能是對方主機過於忙碌導致,建議您稍後再試看看,或是請對方郵件主機管理者員確認。

答: Msg Size greater than allowed by Remote Host表示是收件人郵箱已滿或郵件太大,被對方主機拒絕。

答:因信箱主機的其它用戶違規大量寄發廣告信件,導致信箱主機IP(210.59.228.24)被列入對方信箱業者觀察對象,智邦主機會向對方業者提出解除,審查約24~72小時左右。

答:應是對方郵件主機有拒收在郵件裡的OFFICE檔案內含vba巨集,(建議以壓縮包來發送附件)或ftp方式傳送,並也請對方的郵件主機管理者將此副檔名設定允許通過郵件主機。

答:此錯誤訊息表示並無查詢到hello.com郵件主機,需請您與對方確認目前郵件主機是否正常。

答:可能是E-Mail 帳號不存在,也有可能是該帳號曾申請我們信箱,到期後信箱未使用,需要通知客服刪除主機資料。
